病员教育,是医院管理工作不可缺少的一部分,是医学伦理学的重要内容之一,它对于维持医院正常的医疗、护理秩序,对于和谐医患关系,提高医疗服务质量有着不可低估的作用。 1 新形势下病员思想动向的新特点 随着改革开放事业的不断深化和社会主义市场经济体制的建立,人们的伦理意识发生变化,病员的思想动向也发生变化,可以归纳为以下几个方面: 1.1 由于卫生改革的逐步深化,医院在着重提高社会效益的同时开始注重经济效益,加之受多种因素的影响,病员对医院的服务方向开始持怀疑态度。 1.2 随着社会物质文化水平以及医学科学技术的发展,病员的医疗要求大大提高(包括医疗条件、诊疗技术)。
