一、前言随着北京2008年奥运会的迫近,市场上的运动营养食品日益走俏,尤其是运动饮料更是花样翻新,名目众多。但是如何从科学的角度来评价一种运动饮料是否能够起到应有的作用,以便更好地服务于运动员,这是一个急需解决的问题。现以北京市绿色奥运科技攻关成果——加速运动饮料为例,对运动饮料的功能效果及评价方法加以介绍,以更好地契合广大教练员、运动员的实际需要,解决他们实际遇到的问题。二、运动饮料使用对象
I. INTRODUCTION With the approaching of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, sports nutrition food on the market is gaining popularity day by day. Especially sports drinks are retrofitted with many names.
