参试的盆栽柑桔树为嫁接在一年半生Rusk citrange砧木上的一年生“Valencia”橙,在控制环境中连续保持六星期,以诱导耐寒力;耐寒锻炼的温度为10±1℃、照度为500微爱因斯坦/米~2/秒(光合活动辐射,简称PAR)、相对湿度为60±5%。在上述条件下经过五星期的逐步耐寒锻炼以后,结果能忍耐-6.7℃低温达4小时而无明显寒害。叶片需经五星期耐寒锻炼后才不受害,茎部需经三星期耐寒锻炼后才不受害。第一星期由于碳水化合物积累结果,叶片中容质增加最快。 脯氨酸、谷氨酸和缬氨酸增加,其它氨基酸反而减少。经六星期耐寒锻炼后,锻炼植株的叶片持水量平均为-19.5巴,而未经锻炼的对照树叶片的持水量为-5巴。
The potted citrus tree was an annual “Valencia” orange grafted on Rusk citrange rootstock for one year and a half and kept in control for six weeks in a row to induce cold resistance; the temperature of the hardiness exercising was 10 ± 1 ° C and the illuminance was 500 micro-Einstein / m ~ 2 / s (photosynthetic active radiation, referred to PAR), relative humidity of 60 ± 5%.
