一、酸在树脂硬化过程中的作用迄今为止,人们承认树脂砂硬化过程实际上是低分子交联成体形网状高分子的过程。而对酸在树脂砂硬化过程中的作用则论述各异,未有定论。一些人称酸为“固化剂”、“硬化剂”、“交联剂”,而另一些学者则提出酸起催化作用,称之为“催化剂”、“活化剂”等等。问题的关键在于酸是否参与了交联反应。若直接参与了交联反应,则它的种类、浓度等性质就会直接影响到反应后产物的最终分于结
First, the role of acid in the resin curing process To date, it is recognized that the process of resin sand hardening is actually a low molecular cross-linked into a network of shaped polymer process.
