Recent studies have found that lipid-lowering drugs in addition to lipid-lowering effect, there are other beneficial effects [’]. We looked at the effects of pravastatin and bezafibrate on 28 patients with hypercholesterolemic (HC) and 10 normal human platelets in vitro and are reported below.
