新型冠状病毒肺炎（coronavirus disease 2019， COVID-19）疫情的暴发和蔓延给人类生殖健康带来了极大的挑战。随着COVID-19疫情的日趋稳定，在疫情防控常态化下安全稳妥地为不孕不育患者提供辅助生殖技术服务成为重要工作。国家辅助生殖技术质量管理专家组依据国家卫生健康主管部门对COVID-19感染防控要求，结合辅助生殖技术的特点，从门诊就诊、住院治疗、手术室、治疗随访、辅助生殖实验室和精子库等方面总结经验和建议形成本共识，以期为全国的辅助生殖机构顺利复工复产提供参考和借鉴。“,”COVID-19 pandemic has proved to be a great challenge to human reproductive health.
