32,019名孕妇从第一次产前检查开始随访,观察自然流产发生率与饮酒和吸烟的关系。早孕时不饮酒者占51.7%,每日饮酒不到1次者占44.7%,1~2次、3~5次或超过6次者分别占2.4、0.4及0.1%。吸烟者占24.2%,每日吸烟不到1包者占13.9%,1包或以上者占9.9%。饮酒在每日少于1次、1~2次、超过3次者与不饮酒者比较,中期妊娠(15~27周)发生流产的相对危险性分别为1.03(不显著),1.98(p<0.01),3.53(p<0.01);
A total of 32,019 pregnant women were followed up from the first antenatal examination to observe the relationship between spontaneous abortion and drinking and smoking. In the first trimester, non-drinkers accounted for 51.7%, those who consumed less than once a day accounted for 44.7%, those who took 1-2 times, 3-5 times or more than 6 times accounted for 2.4, 0.4 and 0.1% respectively. 24.2% of smokers, 13.9% of those who smoke less than 1 pack a day, and 9.9% of those who have 1 pack or more. Alcohol consumption in less than 1 times a day, 1 to 2 times, more than 3 times compared with non-drinkers, the relative risk of miscarriage in the second trimester (15 to 27 weeks) were 1.03 (not significant), 1.98 (p < 0.01), 3.53 (p <0.01);
