我矿广大工人、干部和技术人员,为了认真贯彻执行“采剥并举,剥离先行”的方针,保证矿山持续高产,针对剥离的生产工艺和设备的配合问题,开展了技术革新。根据工艺和设备相辅相成的关系,我们在改革开采工艺的同时也改造采掘设备。自1962年以来,我矿先后将三台ЭКΓ-4型电铲改装成长臂铲,其中二台是采用加长电铲的工作装置;另一台是安装СЭ-3У型电铲的工作装置。多年的实践证明,长臂铲在我矿的应用,加快了掘沟和复盖岩层的开采速度,并取得较好的技术经济效果。
In order to conscientiously implement the principle of “striving for both flaws and stripping ahead of stripping off”, mine workers, cadres and technical personnel are committed to ensuring a sustained and high-yielding mine and carrying out technological innovations in the light of the coordination between the stripped production process and equipment. According to the complementary relationship between technology and equipment, we also reform the mining process while also mining equipment. Since 1962, the mine has successively converted three ЭКΓ-4 power shovels into long arm shovels, of which two are working units with extended power shovels and the other is a working unit with СЭ-3У shovels. Years of practice have proved that the use of long arm shovel in mine, to speed up the trenching and overburden rock mining speed, and achieved good technical and economic results.
