In order to solve the problems such as dispatchers on duty and substation operation and maintenance managers lacking an intuitive understanding of the substation equipment and facilities distributed throughout the county and the lack of proper monitoring of sudden accidents and man-made damage, we and Henan Zhumadian Shuangbo Institute of Electronics, Huaiyang County, Henan Province Electric Power Bureau research and development of county-level power supply substation remote security monitoring system, after more than six months of operational practice
