病例报告 成××,住院号142233,男,34岁,红医工,山西人。 缘一年来憋气逐渐加重,二个月来甲状腺肿大,于75年8月26日入院。检查发现颈前下方气管左侧有一直径2厘米肿物,硬韧,活动性差,边缘不清,气管偏向右移。X线平片可见肿物内有砂砾状钙化结节,气管受压狭窄。碘~(131)同位素扫描示为冷结节,基础代谢率—12％。病员曾在某医院作过支气管镜检
