“睡得香”是世界卫生组织评定人类健康的标准之一。人的一生有1/3的时间在睡眠中度过,睡眠对人的重要性仅次于呼吸和心跳。但是,现在越来越多的人不但睡不香,而且睡不着,睡眠障碍成了一个世界性的问题。
Sleep well is one of WHO’s criteria to measure human health. One-third of human life spent in sleep, sleep, the importance of human beings after breathing and heartbeat. However, nowadays more and more people are not sleeping alone, and can not sleep, sleep disorders have become a worldwide problem.
