档案是一种宝贵的信息资源,是人类社会各项实践活动的真实记录,也是社会的宝贵财富。作为基层管理的重要组成部分的档案管理工作就成为关系工作顺利开展的关键,因此,基层档案管理就要具有与工作相适应的全新的工作模式和途径。本文在分析档案管理发展的基础之上,深入对基层档案管理工作中存在的问题及改善措施进行了探讨。
Archives are a valuable source of information, a true record of the practical activities of human society, and a valuable asset to society. Archives management as an important part of grassroots management has become the key to the success of the relationship work. Therefore, grassroots archives management should have brand-new work patterns and ways that are suitable for its work. Based on the analysis of the development of file management, this paper discusses in depth the existing problems and the improvement measures in the file management of grass-roots level.
