民族区域自治制度是具有中国特色的解决民族问题的基本形式。随着中国经济转轨与社会转型的深入推进、社会主义法律体系的完善为民族区域自治制度发展提供了历史机遇。与此同时,民族区域自治制度也面临着多种挑战。在新的历史时期发展完善民族区域自治制度是一个亟待解决的问题。本文从完善相关法律法规、加大民族文化保护与发展力度、进一步落实民族区域自治机关的自治权等方面提出了建议。
The system of regional autonomy of ethnic minorities is the basic form of solving ethnic problems with Chinese characteristics. With the deepening of China’s economic transition and social transformation, the improvement of the socialist legal system has provided historical opportunities for the development of the system of regional ethnic autonomy. At the same time, the system of ethnic regional autonomy also faces many challenges. The development and improvement of the system of ethnic regional autonomy in the new historical period is an issue that needs urgent solution. This article puts forward some suggestions on improving relevant laws and regulations, strengthening national culture protection and development, and further implementing the autonomy of ethnic autonomous regions.
