细长轴是切削加工中,难度较大的一种零件。特别是长径比很大(l/D≥400)时,由于细长轴本身的刚性差,加工过程中受切削力、切削热、振动等影响,容易出现弯曲、竹节、锥度、棱形和腰鼓形等缺陷。我们在学习外地经验的基础上,改进了辅助工具的结构和刀具的角度,经过一段时间的反复实践,不断摸素,初步总结出一套加工细长轴的工艺方法:在尾座上装一套卡拉工具(图1)进行加工,成功地加工出φ3×1200~φ3×1500毫米的细长
