近年来随着高等教育逐步从精英教育过渡到大众教育,高职院校的数量和规模也急剧扩大,导致院校之间的竞争日趋激烈。学校的教育教学水平和科研能力的强弱决定了该校的竞争实力,而教学科研的实施者是教师,所以任何一所院校要想获得竞争优势就必须努力提高自己的师资队伍水平。本文从分析目前高职院校在师资队伍建设方面存在的问题出发,探寻提高师资队伍水平的一些途径。
In recent years, with the gradual transition of higher education from elite education to mass education, the number and size of higher vocational colleges have also rapidly expanded, resulting in increasingly fierce competition among institutions. The level of education and teaching in schools and the strength of scientific research determine the competitive strength of the school. However, the teaching and research practitioners are teachers. Therefore, any institute that wants to gain a competitive advantage must strive to improve its teaching staff. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges, this paper explores some ways to improve the level of teaching staff.
