2012年4至6月,我们利用两个多月时间,通过对延安市各县(区)物价局实地调查、召开座谈会、发放调查表等形式,对全市13个县(区)成本工作进行了一次调研,基本摸清了基层成本工作开展情况及存在问题,并就下一步成本工作的发展提出一些设想和建议。延安市已有12个县(区)建立了成本工作机构,其中副科级建制9个,现一、成本工作现状(一)机构现状
