随着高等教育扩招的不断推进,同时受到金融危机的影响,大学生就业越发严峻,传统的就业理念已经无法解决现在的就业形势,以创业推动就业理念是缓解就业压力的重要渠道。通过对高职院校学生就业形势和创业背景的分析,确立了创业对缓解就业压力的重要性,同时对高职院校学生创业推动就业过程存在的主要问题进行分析,提出改进措施,建立了高职院校学生自主创业服务体系。
With the continuous promotion of higher education enrollment and under the influence of the financial crisis, the employment of college graduates becomes more and more serious.
