学困生的转化工作,历来是学校德育工作中一项复杂而又富于耐心的工作。教师应对学困生多点宽容,善于夸奖他们的优点,发现闪光的地方,才能让他们健康成长,成为国家的栋梁。
The transformation of students with learning difficulties has always been a complex and patient work in school moral education. Teachers should be more tolerant students with learning difficulties, be good at praising their merits, find the flash where they can grow up healthy and become the pillars of the country.
