考察了有还原气体H_2存在时,在反应温度180℃,常压=空速=1200h ̄(-1),O_2与H_2S的mol比为1:1.2的反应条件下,用Al_2O_3为载体,以金属V,Bi为活性组分的催化剂,其选择氧化脱H_2S的效果。在V,Bi催化剂上添加助剂La,Mg后制成改性的催化剂,考察其1000h长周期反应脱H_2S的效果。实验表明,改性的催化剂具有活性高、选择性好的特点,连续反应1000h后,其脱除H_2S的平均转化率达到0.95,选择性为0.90,而且活性没有明显的下降趋势。因此,这是一种抗还原能力强的选择氧化脱除气态H_2S的催化剂。
The effect of Al 2 O 3 as carrier was studied under the reaction conditions of reaction temperature of 180 ℃, atmospheric pressure = space velocity = 1200 h ~ (-1), molar ratio of O 2 to H 2 S of 1: 1.2, The metal V, Bi as the active component of the catalyst, the selective oxidation of H_2S effect. Add additives La and Mg on the V and Bi catalysts to make the modified catalyst, and investigate the effect of H_2S removal over a long period of 1000h. The experiments show that the modified catalyst has the characteristics of high activity and good selectivity. The average conversion rate of H 2 S removal reaches 0.95 after continuous reaction for 1000 h, the selectivity is 0.90, and the activity has no obvious downward trend. Therefore, this is a strong anti-reduction ability of the selective oxidation of gaseous H_2S catalyst.
