在篮球多元组合训练过程中采用生物学指标进行阶段性监测,测试指标包括血红蛋白、血清尿素、血清睾酮、皮质醇等,以了解在训练负荷和训练内容变化时机能状态的变化情况,结果发现:运动员Hb总的变化趋势为先逐渐上升而后趋于平缓;整个训练时期运动员睾酮浓度基本呈上升趋势;皮质醇在整个训练过程中先升后降;在整个训练期中运动员的BUN均升高,但变化趋于平缓,各训练时期BU均未超过8.0 mmol/L。说明在整个训练时期血红蛋白、血尿素氮、睾酮和皮质醇等生物学指标结合使用,能够较准确地监控队员的机能状态;睾酮水平与血红蛋白的变化基本一致,血红蛋白可成为篮球运动员机能监控的基本指标,在今后的监控过程中,结合运动员运动能力的变化,可使监控更加客观。
During the basketball multi-combination training process, the biological indicators were used to carry out periodic monitoring. The test indexes included hemoglobin, serum urea, serum testosterone, cortisol and so on, so as to understand the changes of the functional status during the training load and the training contents. The change trend of athletes ’Hb first increased gradually and then tended to be gentle. The testosterone concentration of athletes increased gradually during the whole training period. Cortisol increased first and then decreased during the whole training period. Athletes’ BUN increased during the whole training period, The change tended to be gentle, and BU of each training period did not exceed 8.0 mmol / L. Indicating that during the whole training period hemoglobin, blood urea nitrogen, testosterone and cortisol and other biological indicators combined to be able to accurately monitor the performance status of team members; testosterone levels and hemoglobin changes are basically the same, hemoglobin can be the basic function of basketball players monitoring Indicators in the future monitoring process, combined with changes in the athlete’s ability to exercise, make monitoring more objective.
