随着社会经济的发展和全球一体化的不断加强,大学英语教学的实效性越来越被质疑。高校毕业生很难适应劳动力市场的英语要求,而同时高校教学的内容和方式也受到学生的内在需求挑战。出于教学为社会服务的宗旨,大学英语教学进入了改革阶段,各个高校不断寻求适合自身发展的大学英语教学模式。以建构主义、输入输出理论为基础,高校通过课型改革来调整大学英语教学的重点和方向,使高校的英语教学往实用性方向发展。
With the social and economic development and the continuous strengthening of global integration, the effectiveness of college English teaching is being questioned. It is difficult for college graduates to adapt to the English requirements of the labor market. At the same time, the content and methods of college teaching are also challenged by students’ inherent needs. Out of teaching for the purpose of social services, college English teaching has entered a reform stage, colleges and universities continue to seek for their own development of college English teaching mode. Based on constructivism and input-output theory, colleges and universities should adjust the emphasis and direction of college English teaching through class-type reform so that English teaching in colleges and universities will develop toward practicality.
