目的 研究非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中p5 3、bcl 2蛋白以及耐多药基因MDR 1产物P 糖蛋白 (P gp)的表达及相互关系 ,探讨它们在NSCLC发展、预后及耐药中的作用。方法 采用免疫组化S P法 ,对 60例NSCLC及其癌旁正常肺组织中 p5 3、bcl 2蛋白和P gp进行检测。 结果 p5 3、bcl 2蛋白及P gp在NSCLC中表达明显高于癌旁正常组织 (P <0 .0 1)。两者都与患者预后显著负相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,与组织分型无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,p5 3蛋白表达与分化程度负相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。三者之间 ,p5 3蛋白与bcl 2蛋白、p5 3蛋白与P gp无相关性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而P gp与bcl 2蛋白之间呈显著正相关。 结论 p5 3蛋白、bcl 2蛋白、P gp在NSCLC的发展过程中起了重要作用 ,可作为评价NSCLC患者预后的有效参数 ,P gp与bcl蛋白在NSCLC发展过程中有协调作用 ,可能存在一定的内在联系。
Objective To investigate the expression and relationship of p53, bcl-2 protein and P-glycoprotein (Pgp) in multidrug resistance gene (MDR 1) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and to explore their role in the development, prognosis and drug resistance of NSCLC. . Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect p53, bcl-2 protein and Pgp in 60 cases of NSCLC and adjacent normal lung tissue. Results The expression of p53, bcl-2 and Pgp in NSCLC was significantly higher than that in normal tissues (P < 0.01). Both were significantly negatively correlated with the patient’s prognosis (P < 0.01) and had no relationship with histological type (P> 0.05). The expression of p53 protein was negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation (P <0.05). Between the three, there was no correlation between p53 protein and bcl-2 protein, p53 protein and P gp (P > 0.05), but there was a significant positive correlation between P gp and bcl 2 protein. Conclusion p53 protein, bcl 2 protein and P gp play an important role in the development of NSCLC, and can be used as an effective parameter to evaluate the prognosis of NSCLC patients. P gp and bcl protein have a coordinating role in the development of NSCLC. inner relationship.
