介绍一种新型激光叠焊系统。该系统用于将尺寸为2 400.0mm×1 200.0mm×1.2mm的两块不锈钢板重叠焊接在一起。针对较大尺寸不锈钢板在激光加工中易变形等特点设计出主—辅式压紧机构及激光头随动加工系统;另采用先点焊,再焊边框,最后焊内部小圆的工艺,有效地控制了焊接过程中大尺寸板材的变形。采用不同的焊接工艺,对焊缝质量进行检测焊缝和耐压测试。结果表明激光功率1 400W、焊接速度2 500mm/min、离焦量-2mm时,焊缝有较好的焊接效果。
