通过对南开区王顶堤医院社区卫生服务信息化应用现状分析,总结出优势与不足。主要应用在基本医疗和基本公共卫生服务方面,HIS、LIS是基础,CHSS在公共卫生服务中占主要地位。居民健康档案及慢性病管理等项目,使用院内局域网,不能共享;妇女、儿童、免疫接种管理是天津市统一服务系统,在市局平台资源共享。传染病、重性精神病管理是国家级管理平台,资源共享。但后两者与院内局域网不衔接,重复输机。信息化建设方向:社区卫生服务的信息共享,建立交互整合健康信息数据平台。将居民的信息进行数据处理、智能分析,以辅助健康指导及健康问题的预见性分析,提出潜在的健康问题及预防方法,真正起到防治作用。
By analyzing the application status of community health service information in Wangdingdi Hospital of Nankai District, we summed up the advantages and disadvantages. Mainly used in basic medical care and basic public health services, HIS, LIS is the foundation, CHSS in the public health services dominated. Residents health records and chronic diseases management and other projects, the use of intra-hospital LAN, can not be shared; women, children, immunization management is a unified service system in Tianjin, the Urban Council platform resource sharing. Infectious diseases and severe mental illness management are national-level management platforms and resource sharing. However, the latter two are not connected with the LAN in the hospital, and repeatedly lose the machine. Information construction direction: information sharing of community health services, the establishment of interaction and integration of health information and data platform. Residents of the information for data processing, intelligent analysis to help health guidance and health predictability analysis, put forward potential health problems and prevention methods, and really play a preventive role.
