目的思考和判断治疗当中的各种障碍和因素采取相应的预防措施进一步提高项目病人治愈率。方法根据1993~2001年治疗的695例涂阳病人在化疗当中2~3个月痰检阴转情况和病人疗程满治愈过程进行分析。结果9年治疗的涂阳病人其3种年龄段痰检情况相比,其中,中青年人2~3个月和全疗程满后痰检仍阳性者比率最高占总数的100%,2~3个月痰检正常阴转率占94.5%,而老年人和少年儿童未出现2~3个月痰检仍阳性者,2~3月未痰检正常阴转率达到100%,三种群体涂阳病人痰检情况相比,其中农民和个体2~3月末及疗程满了以后痰检仍阳性比率最高分别占总数的60.5%,63.6%,和31.5%,36.3%,2~3月未痰检阴转率分别占总数的69.0%和12.5%,厂矿工人和干部2~3月末及疗程结束分别占总数的5.2%,0%,2.6%,0,2~3月末痰检正常阴转率分别占总数的9.1%,6.5%,其中学生未出现2~3月末痰检仍阳性者,2~3月末痰检正常阴转率达到100%。结论提高病人治愈率主要在于病人的规则用药,足够疗程,合理休息,一定营养,同时也是减少药物副作用,促进组织愈合,2~3月末痰菌阴转是控制传染源,提高病人免疫力的关键。
Objectives To consider and judge various obstacles and factors in treatment and take corresponding preventive measures to further improve the cure rate of the patients in the project. Conclusion The improvement of the cure rate of patients mainly lies in the patient’s regular medication, enough medication, reasonable rest, certain nutrition, but also reduce the side effects of drugs, promote tissue healing, 2 to 3 end of sputum negative control is the source of infection, improve the key to the patient’s immunity .
