中小企业在中国的国家的经济中具有重要地位,是中国企业构成中不可忽视的一环。而中小企业因为其社会责任小、经营手段丰富多变灵活、创新和机动性的能力强,是经济增长的“助力器”。而且在一定程度上解决了一部分人的就业问题,从这一方面来看,是对社会的和谐发展具有十分重要的地位。而财务作为企业经济发展的核心自然是重中之重。本文通过对中小企业的财务管理的存在的问题进行分析,并且提出解决的方法,为中小企业的发展争取更大的发展空间。
Small and medium-sized enterprises have an important place in the economy of the country of China and are an indispensable part of the composition of Chinese enterprises. The small and medium-sized enterprises because of their small social responsibilities, rich and flexible management tools, innovation and mobility of strong, economic growth “booster ”. And to a certain extent, solved the employment problem of some people. From this perspective, it is an important position for the harmonious development of society. The financial as the core of the economic development of enterprises is the top priority. This article analyzes the problems existing in the financial management of SMEs, and puts forward the solutions to solve them, so as to strive for more development space for the development of SMEs.
