国际工模具协会(ISTA)主席、联邦德国的Richard Sander工具公司总裁R·Sander先生于1985年6月5日访问了上海模具技术研究所,并进行了座谈。座谈会上,阮雪榆所长首先致欢迎词,并希望R·Sander先生介绍国际上生产工模具的先进经验,对我们的工作提出宝贵意见。 R·Sander先生说,研究所在短短的两年时间里能得到这样快的发展,这在我们联邦德国也是罕见的。你们能将教育与研究工作相结合是非常不简单的。在联邦德国要许多教授来完成的事情,你这里只有不多几个教授指导研究生及学生进行工作就完成了,这在联邦德国是很困难的。我们要求大学进行一个项目的研究和开发要支付很多钱,有时甚至多到小公司无法支付。
Mr. R Sander, President of International Tooling Association (ISTA) and President of Richard Sander Tools Company of the Federal Republic of Germany visited Shanghai Mold Technology Research Institute on June 5, 1985 and held a discussion. At the symposium, Director Ruan Xueyu first delivered a welcoming speech and hoped Mr. R. Sander introduced the advanced experience of international production tooling and put forward his valuable opinions on our work. Mr R Sander said that the Institute has seen such rapid development in just two years, which is rare in our Commonwealth of Germany. You can combine education and research work is not very simple. In the Federal Republic of Germany to many professors to accomplish things, where you only have a few professors to guide graduate students and students to complete the work, which in the Federal Republic of Germany is very difficult. We ask universities to pay for a lot of research and development for a project, sometimes even as small companies fail to pay.
