基层党校承担着党员干部培训的重要任务,为了适应十八大以来全面深化改革、从严治党的新形势,必须提高教学有效性,推动党校教育事业繁荣发展。本文就此提出三点建议:科学设置课程,优化教学内容;改革教学方式,实现教学相长;稳定教师队伍,加大师资建设。 The grass-roots party schools shoulder the important task of training party members and cadres. In order to fully deepen the reform since the 18th CPC Congress and to strictly control the party’s new situation, we must improve the effectiveness of teaching and promote the prosperous development of the education in party schools. This article puts forward three suggestions in this regard: to set the curriculum scientifically, to optimize the teaching content; to reform the teaching methods so as to achieve the consistency of teaching; to stabilize the teaching staff and increase the construction of teachers.
