晋麦63号采用水旱交叉选育法培育而成,该品种突出特点是抗旱性强、高产优质、稳产适应性广。1995～1996年参加全国黄淮旱地区试,两年平均产量4411.5kg/hm~2,比对照晋麦33号平均增产10.18%。1995～1997年参加山西省南部旱地区试,三年平均产量3843 kg/hm~2,比对照晋麦47号和晋麦33号平均增产3.5%。截止2001年底累计推广39.55万公顷。
Jinmai 63 was crossed with water and drought cross breeding method, which is distinguished by its prominent drought resistance, high yield and high quality, stable yield and wide adaptability. From 1995 to 1996, it took part in the trial of Yellow River and Huaihe River in the whole country. The average output of two years was 4411.5kg / hm ~ 2, which was 10.18% higher than the average of Jinmai 33. From 1995 to 1997, he took part in the drought area test in southern Shanxi Province. The average output of three years was 3843 kg / hm ~ 2, which increased by 3.5% on average compared with the control Jinmai 47 and Jinmai 33. As of the end of 2001, a total of 395,500 hectares were promoted.
