为了准确地找出影响煤炭自燃程度最大的因素,以改进了的灰色斜率关联度模型为计算公式,分别计算了自燃高温段和低温段内煤炭的灰分、水分、挥发分以及温度、氧浓度、平均粒径与耗氧速率的斜率关联度,计算结果表明:在低温段,温度和氧浓度对耗氧速率的影响程度都较大;在高温段,挥发分对耗氧速率的影响程度最大,且温度对耗氧速率的影响程度大于氧浓度和平均粒径。
