列车安全运行信息监视系统是以Visual C++为开发平台,选用MapX控件,采用集成二次开发方式开发的地理信息系统。结合卫星定位系统发送的高精度的、连续的、实时的信息,对列车的安全运行进行实时高效的监视。本文从系统功能和软件实现两个方面对列车安全运行信息监视系统作了探讨,重点研究了电子地图各种功能及实现。系统采用了地图匹配技术提高列车的定位精度,设计出一种适用于铁路的地图匹配算法和配合该算法的数据库。把该系统应用于青藏线卫星定位及信息传输系统研究项目,证明了系统设计和地图匹配算法的合理性和可行性。
Train safety information monitoring system is based on Visual C + + as the development platform, the use of MapX control, the use of integrated development of secondary development of geographic information systems. Combined with the high-precision, continuous and real-time information sent by the satellite positioning system, the safe operation of the train can be monitored in real time and efficiently. This paper discusses the information system of train operation safety from two aspects of system function and software implementation, and focuses on the various functions and realization of the electronic map. The system uses the map matching technology to improve the positioning accuracy of the train, and designs a map matching algorithm suitable for the railway and a database matching the algorithm. The system is applied to the Qinghai-Tibet line satellite positioning and information transmission system research project, which proves the rationality and feasibility of system design and map matching algorithm.
