以悬液定量杀菌试验法对一种二氧化氯消毒剂的杀菌效果进行了试验观察。以含300mg/L二氧化氯溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用15min或400mg/L作用10min杀灭率为100%;50%小牛血清对其杀菌作用有明显的影响;该消毒剂(原液)置 54~57℃下14d,二氧化氯含量下降率为2.59%;对金属腐蚀性试验以含400mg/L二氧化氯浸泡72h,除对不锈钢无腐蚀作用外,对碳钢有重度腐蚀作用,对铜、铝有中度腐蚀作用。
