使用RD—1型热导式自动量热计测定了四个α-氨基酸酸根的质子化热及其与Cu(Ⅱ(—2.2’-联吡啶生成配合物的生成热,用量热法从实验上验证了三元配合物的生成热与配位体的质子之间也存在着如下的直线焓关系式:ΔH_M=Q-βΔH_L,式中ΔH_M为配合物的生成热,ΔH_L为配位体的质子化热,Q与β为常数,还计算了配合物的生成焓与配位体的质子化熵,结果表明在三元配合物的生成焓与配位体的质子化熵之间也存在有线性关系,但由于脯氨酸分子中的五元环的影响,相关系数较差。
The protonation heat of four α-amino acid acid radicals and their heat of formation with Cu (Ⅱ (-2.2’-bipyridine) complex were determined by RD-1 thermal conductivity automatic calorimeter. It is also verified that there is also the following linear enthalpy relation between the heat generated by the ternary complex and the proton of the ligand: ΔH_M = Q-βΔH_L, where ΔH_M is the heat of formation of the complex, ΔH_L is the proton of the ligand Heat of formation, Q and β are constants, and the formation enthalpies of the complexes and the protonation entropy of the ligand are also calculated. The results show that there is also a linear relationship between the enthalpy of formation of the ternary complex and the protonation entropy of the ligand However, due to the influence of five-membered ring in proline molecule, the correlation coefficient is poor.
