对高强奥氏体型(316)不锈钢、奥氏体-铁素体双相型(2205)不锈钢和普通强度的奥氏体型(304)不锈钢X型矩形管节点进行了系统的静力试验研究,其中对部分试件的主管施加了轴压力,观察到主管翼缘塑性破坏、主管腹板屈曲破坏和支管局部屈曲破坏的典型破坏模式。通过试验发现:对主管施加轴压力对冷弯不锈钢X型矩形管节点的承载力并没有显著的影响。试验结果与按现行澳大利亚/新西兰冷弯不锈钢结构设计规范、国际管结构研究与发展委员会(CIDECT)和欧洲标准委员会(CEN)制订的碳素钢管节点设计规范和我国钢结构设计规范的计算结果进行了对比,发现按现行设计规范关于平面管节点的计算结果都极为保守,相对而言,按中国规范的计算结果对比试验结果无论是接近度还是离散度都比按CIDECT规范的计算结果更小、更合理。
