本文介绍了SPR方法的基本原理和金属薄膜、LB膜的制备过程,测出了LB膜层数与共振角偏移的关系,说明了SPR法的良好应用前景.
In this paper, the basic principle of SPR method and the preparation process of metal thin film and LB film are introduced. The relationship between the number of LB film and the resonance angle deviation is measured, and the good application prospect of SPR method is demonstrated.
