由中国科学院大连化学物理研究所与中国石油石油化工研究院大庆化工研究中心合作开发的具有自主知识产权的高档润滑油基础油加氢异构脱蜡催化剂(PIC 802)及成套技术在中国石油大庆炼化分公司20万吨/年异构脱蜡生产装置上成功地实现了工业应用。目前该异构脱蜡装置已累计处理原料油30多万吨,生产高档润滑油基础油近25万吨,实现产值近18亿元,创造效益超过5亿元。我国是世界第二大润滑油消费国,但由于技术落后,高档润滑油85%以上的市场被国外知名品牌占领。为了实现高档润滑油基础油生产工艺的自主化,1999年起中国科学院大连化学物理研究所田志坚研究团队开始与中
By the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics and PetroChina Petrochemical Research Daqing Chemical Research Center developed with independent intellectual property rights of high-grade lubricant base oil hydroisomerization dewaxing catalyst (PIC 802) and complete sets of technology in PetroChina Daqing Refinery Branch 200,000 tons / year heterogeneous dewaxing production plant successfully achieved industrial applications.
