目的:研究三威跌打风湿贴中柚皮苷体外透皮吸收行为,比较不同透皮吸收促进剂对其透皮吸收性能的影响。方法:采用Franz扩散池装置,以HPLC测定接收液中柚皮苷含量,流动相0.1%磷酸-乙腈(81∶19),检测波长283 nm,考察制剂中柚皮苷体外透皮吸收行为及各促透剂的促渗效果。结果:不含促渗剂的凝胶膏剂中柚皮苷体外透皮吸收符合零级释放模型,24 h体外累积渗透方程Q=1.126t+2.795,透皮速率1.126μg·cm-2·h-1;加入促透剂丙二醇、氮酮、薄荷脑后柚皮苷体外透皮吸收速率明显提高,且薄荷脑>丙二醇>氮酮。结论:凝胶膏剂中柚皮苷可透皮吸收;促透剂丙二醇、氮酮、薄荷脑均能促进柚皮苷透皮吸收,且以薄荷脑作用最明显。
OBJECTIVE: To study the in vitro transdermal absorption of naringin in Sanwei Dacheng Rheumatism patch and compare the effects of different transdermal absorption enhancers on the transdermal absorption properties. Methods: The content of naringin in the receiving solution was determined by HPLC with Franz diffusion cell. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% phosphoric acid - acetonitrile (81:19) and the detection wavelength was 283 nm. The in vitro transdermal absorption of naringin and Enhancer penetration enhancer effect. Results: The transdermal absorption of naringin in vitro without penetration enhancers was in accordance with the zero-order release model. The cumulative infiltration equation Q = 1.126t + 2.795 and transdermal rate 1.126μg · cm-2 · h- 1; transdermal absorption rate of naringin increased significantly after propylene glycol, Azone and menthone were added, and menthol> propylene glycol> Azone. CONCLUSION: Naringin can be absorbed through percutaneous absorption of gelatin ointment. Transdermal absorption of naringarin can be promoted by propylene glycol, Azone and Menthol, and the effect of menthol is the most obvious.
