在阳光体育运动深入开展的背景下,高校体育课程实施分层教学,充分体现了阳光体育运动“以人为本”的指导思想。文章以篮球课程的分层教学学生为研究对象,设立实验组与对照组进行对比试验,得出如下结论:篮球课程的分层教学能有效促进学生的心肺功能、运动能力、技能学习掌握程度的提高,此外,分层教学还能有效降低学生学习的焦虑,分层教学是是阳光体育运动在体育课程教学中的深入开展的一个重要举措和有效手段。
In the context of the in-depth development of sports in the sun, the physical education curriculum in colleges and universities to implement the hierarchical teaching, fully embodies the guiding ideology of sunshine sports “people-oriented ”.
