精细化管理是一种管理理念和管理技术,是通过规则的系统化和细化,运用程序化、标准化、数据化和信息化的手段,使组织管理各单元精确、高效、协同和持续运行。水利是国民经济的命脉,是国家的基础产业和基础设施,水利工程是抗御水旱灾害、保障水资源供给、改善水环境和水利经济实现的物质基础。本文分析了水利工程管理中存在的问题,并提出了对策。
Delicacy management is a kind of management idea and management technique. It makes the organization and management units accurate, efficient, synergistic and continuous operation through systematization and refinement of rules and application of procedures, standardization, dataization and informationization. Water conservancy is the lifeblood of the national economy and the country’s basic industries and infrastructure. Water conservancy projects are the material basis for fighting flood and drought disasters, ensuring the supply of water resources, and improving the water environment and the water economy. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of hydraulic engineering and puts forward the countermeasures.
