为了保证已失稳砌碹巷道的长期使用,采用理论分析和工程实践的研究方法,对其失稳机理及加固技术进行了研究。结果表明:由于受超挖、动压、地下水侵蚀等因素的影响,砌碹巷道容易产生拱顶壁后空洞或拱肩壁后空洞。当空洞发展到一定程度,砌碹结构与围岩的相互作用可使砌碹结构在局部产生大于砌碹抗压强度的弯曲压应力,进而导致砌碹巷道失稳。另外,基于改善砌碹结构受力状况、提高围岩强度和增大支护阻力所提出的壁后充填、围岩注浆和锚杆支护的综合加固技术对失稳砌碹巷道的控制效果良好。
In order to ensure the long-term use of the lost roadway, the instability mechanism and reinforcement technology are studied by theoretical analysis and engineering practice. The results show that due to over-excavation, dynamic pressure, groundwater erosion and other factors, the gable tunnel roadway is likely to produce back voids or voids behind the vault walls. When the cavity develops to a certain extent, the interaction between the brick structure and the surrounding rock can make the brick structure to locally generate bending compressive stress larger than the compressive strength of the brick, thus leading to the instability of the roadway. In addition, the control effect of the comprehensive reinforcement technology of back wall filling, surrounding rock grouting and bolt support on the unstable gouge roadway is based on the improvement of the stress state of the gabled structure, the improvement of surrounding rock strength and the increase of support resistance good.
