近30年来人们对结构在地震作用下延性的大小十分重视。本文首先按水平地震力(简称平力)起决定性作用的传统观点分析大量的实际震害说明:根据室内试验证明延性很低、甚至基本上没有的素砖及素混凝土高耸结构也有大得惊人的延性;其次是阐明上述矛盾完全是由于传统观点的错误造成的;最后指出目前国际上大力强调和研究提高结构延性的措施,对抗震是否有利?是值得认真研究的。
In the past 30 years, people have attached great importance to the ductility of structures under earthquakes. This article first analyzes a large number of actual seismic hazards according to the traditional view that horizontal seismic forces (referred to as flat forces) play a decisive role: According to laboratory tests, the high and very low ductility of plain bricks and plain concrete structures is surprisingly large. The second is to clarify that the above contradictions are entirely caused by the mistakes of the traditional viewpoints. Finally, it is worthwhile to seriously study the current international efforts to emphasize and study the measures to increase the structural ductility and whether it is beneficial to resist earthquakes.
