本文测定了青春期肥胖及正常儿童的五项性激素,并采用双能X线骨密度仪(DPX—L)等方法分析了肥胖儿童身体组成及脂肪分布。结果显示:与正常对照比较,肥胖男孩雌二醇(E_2)明显增高,睾酮(T)有下降趋势,肥胖女孩(T)明显增高,促卵泡生成素(FSH)降低,且肥胖男孩T与全身及躯干脂肪含量及腰髋比值(WHR)等指标呈负相关,说明青春期肥胖儿童的性激素出现了类似成人肥胖的变化,应高度重视。
In this study, five sex hormones were measured in adolescent obese and normal children. Body composition and fat distribution in obese children were analyzed by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DPX-L). The results showed that compared with the control group, the levels of E2 in obese boys were significantly increased, the levels of testosterone (T) decreased, the levels of obese girls (T) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) were decreased, And body fat content and waist-hip ratio (WHR) and other indicators was negatively correlated, indicating that adolescent obesity children sex hormone similar to the emergence of adult obesity changes should be highly valued.
