Speaking of supply chain management, there is always something cliche. However, at the IBM forum 2002, in a conversation with Mr. Guo Kexin, director of global marketing for IBM Global Services, “collaboration” was preceded by the term “supply chain management.” Does this mean a new paraphrase for supply chain management?
