由北京大学经济管理系曹凤岐教授主编的《中国企业股份制的理论与实践(修订版)》(以下简称《修订版》),已由企业管理出版社出版了.这本书是在1989年4月出版的《中国企业股份制的理论与实践》(以下简称《第一版》)的基础上修订而成的.《第一版》由著名经济学家厉以宁教授和曹凤岐教授分别任顾问和主编.该书一出版,立刻受到了理论界和实务界的好评.为满足广大读者强烈的求书愿望,企业管理出版社的同志与曹凤岐教授商量,决定重新修订再版此书,旨在剔除《第一版》中部分陈旧过时的内容,新增自第一版出版以来作者们关于股份制研究的最新成果,同时大量增加了关于股份制试点实践中有关具体操作方面的内容,从而更好地满足广大读者的需要.
