肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrosis Factor,TNF)是具有广泛生物学功能的多效细胞因子,由于最初的发现和分离都证实它在肿瘤中有直接的作用,故命名为肿瘤坏死因子。TNF主要是由激活的单核巨噬细胞分泌的一种可溶性细胞激肽(TNF-α)及激活的淋巴细胞产生的淋巴毒素(TNF-β)这两种组成。
Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) is a pleiotropic cytokine with a wide range of biological functions. Since its initial discovery and isolation have confirmed its direct role in tumors, it is named tumor necrosis factor. TNF is mainly composed of a soluble cytokinin (TNF-α) secreted by activated monocyte macrophages and lymphotoxin (TNF-β) produced by activated lymphocytes.
