1目的 探讨血清雌二醇 (Estradiol,E2 )、睾酮 (Testosterone,T)在男性脑梗死患者发病过程中的变化及其临床意义。 2方法 采用放射免疫法 ,动态检测 62例男性脑梗死患者血清 E2 、T浓度 ,分析其与梗死病程、部位、梗死灶大小及病情的关系。 3结果 1男性脑梗死患者急性期血清 E2 值升高 ,T值下降 ,与对照组比较 ,差异均有显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ,恢复期血清 E2 、T值逐渐恢复到接近正常水平 ,与对照组比较 ,差异无显著性。 2急性期皮质下梗死组血清 E2 、T值均低于皮质梗死组 (P<0 .0 5 )。 3急性期梗死灶体积大者血清 E2 值低于梗死灶体积小者 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 T值变化不大。 4急性期重型脑梗死患者 E2 、T值均低于轻型患者 (P<0 .0 5 )。 4结论 男性脑梗死患者存在性激素 (E2 、T)失衡现象 ,血清性激素 (E2 、T)值的变化与脑梗死患者的病程、梗死部位、梗死灶大小及病情和预后有密切关系
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum Estradiol (E2) and Testosterone (T) in the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction in male patients. Methods The radioimmunoassay was used to detect the serum E2 and T concentrations in 62 male patients with cerebral infarction. The relationship between them and the course of infarction, location, the size of infarction and the severity of the disease were analyzed. 3 Results 1 Acute cerebral infarction in patients with elevated serum E2 value, T value decreased, compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.01), serum E2, T value recovery gradually approaching normal Level, compared with the control group, the difference was not significant. Serum E2 and T values in 2 acute subcortical infarction groups were lower than those in cortical infarction group (P <0.05). 3 Acute infarction volume of large serum E2 value is lower than the small infarction volume (P <0. 05), while the T value changed little. The levels of E2 and T in 4 patients with acute severe cerebral infarction were significantly lower than those in the light group (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The imbalance of sex hormones (E2, T) and the changes of serum E2 (E2, T) levels in patients with cerebral infarction are closely related to the course of disease, the infarct size, the size of infarction and the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction
