要相信中国共产党作为执政党的执政能力在不断提高,新时期政府驾驭经济工作的能力、水平也在不断提高。中国经济现在尽管碰到这样那样的问题,但整体宏观形势的基本面还是良好的,中国经济发展的前景丝毫不容质疑。
