流程是个什么东西? 简单地说,流程就是做事的顺序。我们每人都要处理各种各样的事情,有条理的人会把各种事情分个轻重缓急,然后一件一件地办好;而邋遢的人总是处于忙乱之中,最后却没有一件事办清楚。可见流程是多么的重要。许多人之所以感受不到这一点,是因为个人的忙乱是有限的,大不了今天加班熬夜,也能把手头的事做完,非到极为混乱不堪,他们是不会去理会什么流程问题的。
What is the process? Simply put, the process is the order of things. We each have to deal with all sorts of things. Organized people will put all kinds of things first and then do everything one by one. The embarrassing people are always in a hurry, but in the end there is not one. Things are clear. It shows how important the process is. The reason why many people do not feel this is because the personal hecticity is limited. It will not be too late today to work overtime.
