基于精益化管理思想,为了提升煤矿采掘中的掘进效率,以合理掘进联巷间距为目标,分析掘进联巷间距的边界条件,以节约时间为突破口,从宏观和微观效率的提升角度出发,研究了计算煤矿掘进联巷间距的两种方法结合起来用于计算煤矿掘进联巷间距;并在神华神东上湾煤矿连采队巷道掘进,实践证明,这种方法节约了掘进时间、提升了效率、增加了产量,具有一定实用性和科学性。
