对于红菱矿副井JKM2.25×4(Ⅰ)型提升机的超限振动问题,我们在实验研究、理论分析与实测的基础上进行了现场消振处理。经过三年多的运转考验,已证明消振效果显著、性能稳定,减速器非性能振动的幅值已消减到设计规定的标准之下。这是继滴道矿JKM1.85×4(Ⅰ)型提升机消振之后又一次获得显著效果的实践。
For the problem of overrun vibration of JKM2.25 × 4 (Ⅰ) hoist in the auxiliary shaft of Hongling Mine, we conducted on-site vibration damping treatment on the basis of experimental research, theoretical analysis and actual measurement. After more than three years of running test, it has been proved that the vibration damping effect is remarkable and the performance is stable. The amplitude of the non-performance vibration of the reducer has been reduced to the standard specified in the design. This is the second time after the dripping ore mine JKM1.85 × 4 (Ⅰ) hoisting machine vibration damping effect once again obtained the practice.
